On Tuesday morning, August 18, 2020, 18 year old Isaiah Benloss was on his way home in a cab when a speeding car crashed into them. It happened on Ocean Avenue in the Flatbush area. The fire department had to rip the entire roof off the car to rescue him and the driver. He was unresponsive and rushed to a nearby hospital where he had emergency brain surgery.  Isaiah has been in the ICU ever since where he is currently in a coma and suffered head trauma and bodily injuries.

His mother is currently not working as Isaiah fights for his life. She keeps vigil over him every night.  His journey to recovery will be long and during that time, we do not want her to worry about anything else. Once he is out, we want her to focus on helping Isaiah get better while also caring for her other children who need her too.

Isaiah will need prayer and help with ongoing medical care. We need your help supporting him and his mother in any way possible. His family had a fire a year ago and lost everything. Isaiah recently graduated from Lincoln High School and just started college.
