Owen's Fight Against CHD

My son Owen was born with a congenital heart defect or CHD for short. The disease he suffers from is a rare form of CHD called Tetrology of Fallot or simply stated, "tet". Tet is caused by 4 actual defects which are a hole in the heart between the left and right ventricles, narrowing of the exit of the right ventricle, enlargement of the right ventricle, and an overriding aorta . On July 6th Owen will undergo open heart surgery to correct these issues and begin his journey to a normal life with a healthy heart!
