Earlier this month, the Trans Youth Support Network (TYSN) announced that its doors will be closing at the end of January. For more about TYSN's closing, please read the message from Board and staff here.
With TYSN's closing, the organization's staff--four trans youth leaders who have been running TYSN skilfully since July--are losing their employment.
As people who have loved TYSN, let's show another big act of fierce support for trans youth leadership: support Jakob, Tayvon, La'Niya, and Jahleel as TYSN comes to a close. These four all have different plans for where they'll go next: school, work, trainings, travels, sharing lessons learned, leading in new ways.
Your donations will help raise the remainder of the pay that these leaders are owed for their work with TYSN, and to support them to start their next projects.
