Hello Friends and Family! As most of you are aware, in June of 2014, my Mom Diane was diagnosed with stage 4 adenocarcinoma of the lungs (lung cancer). My Mom is one of the strongest people I know, and so far she has been putting up a good fight.
My Mom is currently undergoing treatments at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Most of you probably know of someone in your life that has fought, or is still fighting cancer, and understand how it can become financially straining. My Mom does have health insurance, but there are a lot of uncovered medical expenses and travel cost to get her to her Doctor in Ann Arbor, as well as some of the extremely high costs of her prescriptions.
I would like to ask for your help in reaching her goal and help alleviate some of the stress related to the ongoing expenses so that she can focus her energy on continuing the fight!
