Hi, my name is Chris. I was diagnosed with a large brain aneurysm and recently went through an emergency surgery. I was hospitalized for 4 days in the ICU. No one is ever prepared for something this drastic and I was shocked. I never imagined that I would have to ever ask anyone for financial assistance; as I have worked diligently my whole life and devoted myself to helping others succeed and become rehabilitated in society. Unfortunately, I am struggling right now and writing for help due to medical bills and not being able to consistently work. I just underwent my first follow-up angiogram and was informed that I have a recurrence which means that I have to have surgery again. At my previous employment, I donated many vacation hours each year to catastrophic leave for those who needed assistance. I believe in paying it forward.
