Set Me Free

For as long as I can remember, my body has never felt like home. I have spent years wishing to wake in a new "home" but never believing that it would actually happen for me. 

I know it's cliche to say but I never ask for help. I am usually the one helping, and I love that about myself but I have to accept that I do need a little help.

Unfortunately, my health insurance does not cover any bit of my top surgery. I opted to finance my surgery at $7,500 because it is a necessity but that only covers my surgery. Not the hotel, traveling expenses, time off from work and other necessities that will be needed during my recovery. 


My surgery will be at the beginning of December. Iwill be out of work for a minimum of 2 weeks and I need to make sure all my ducks are in a row before they take all this extra weight off my chest- ha.

I know times are HARD right now. I know things are uncertain. Please know that I am aware of the grim circumstances many people are facing. I do not expect everyone to be able to help. All I am asking is that if you can spare $1 or even .50, I will take it. Humbly. 

Any money that I receive will go directly to my surgery expenses and if any money is left, I will be donating it to various community outreach places.
