Melendez-Badillo Family Fire Fund

Hi everyone. Our names are Lisa Badillo and Teresa Patel. We have started this fund on behalf of our uncle Eliseo Badillo and aunt Rosemary Melendez Badillo who have recently lost their home in a horrific fire.  We are unsure how the fire started at their apartment on King Street in Belleville, but the extent of the damage is severe. They have lost everything. Our aunt Rosie and her mother Victoria were in Puerto Rico at the time of the fire. Our uncle  Cheo made it out alive, thank God, but with first and second degree burns on his hands. He was asleep when the fire started, only awoken by their lovable cat Amy who darted into his bedroom to warn him, and since then is nowhere to be found. Upon seeing this video on YouTube, we could not imagine what they must be feeling right now, and did not know where to begin in order to help them. So, we reach out to all of you. Please find it within your hearts to donate whatever you can possibly spare in effort to help them relocate and purchase the necessities they will need to get through such devastation.
