Deb's Recovery Fund

This is my Beautiful Sister, (In Pink, white visor) she is in need of a double Lung transplant and has to have approximately $40,000 for her living expenses after Transplant. She has been on the list Since April 1, 2013. She is my best Friend and one of the kindest Ladies I have been priveledged to have as someone to look up to. She never complains about her disease and is so possitive about life. She tries her hardest to live it to the fullest knowing her time is limited. She has two beautiful grand daughters that are her world, she has planned ahead in case the transplant doesn't happen or is not successful, gotten birthday cards and presents for them for years to come so that we can give them to them from their Grandma who loves them so much.  She has two grown Children, a son the oldest that she brags about and is so proud of, her daughter her youngest who she states is the best at everything she does, especially being a mom herself. Deb has a husband of 35+ years that is her best friend, her lover, sole mate and dearest to her.  Deb is an advocate for animals and the proper treatment and care for them.  Deb is only 55 years young and has so much more to offer this world with her love, kindness and beauty. It is enough stress, waiting, wondering, living with the lack of ability to breath, and being sick and medicated all the time without having to wonder if that call comes will you have to say you can't because you don't have the after care funds yet. These transplant patients have to be able to sustain themselves with their caregivers for 4-6 months in a city that isn't home. She lives in a small town 6 hours away and a ferry ride from the city where the transplant will be performed.  We pray every day that Deb will hold on long enough to get her new lungs so Please help me raise the money needed to help to support her in her recovery after transplant so she is ready when the call comes. Any funds not used will be forwarded to the next lung transplant patient after Debs to help them.  I love you Deb and hope that we can get this done for you.
