Hello Everyone...we are Kurt and Silvia Rose from Houstn Texas. Like many others, we are dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. Our apartment was under 3 feet of water, so most everything that we owned was destroyed. We have registered with FEMA but it will take some time for them to get here to help us.
Our personal needs are many byu the greatest need for right now is food and daily essentials. Food, laundry soap, transportation, items for daily hygiene, money for a uhaul truck and a storage unit, to get a place to stay, cover bills that are coming due without funds to pay them because we can't work right now, etc. This is what your donations will help us pay for.
Our friends and family have asked us how they can help. This is the best way for you to help us. Please, continue praying for all those affected by this disaster (there are many that are worse off than us). If you are able to help us financially, we will be eternally grateful.

Como muchos otros, ahora nosotros estamos tratando con los resultados del huracan Harvey. Nuestro apartamento estuvo bajo 1 metro de agua asi que la mayoría de lo que teníamos fue destruído. Nos hemos registrado en FEMA ( Federal Emergency Management Agency) pero les tomará tiempo hasta llegar a ayudarnos.
Por el momento nuestra mayor necesidad es la comida y necesidades diarias. Comida, jabon para lavar ropa, transportacion, cosas para la higiene diaria, dinero para conseguir camioneta de uhaul y un almacén pequeño para lo que quedo, un lugar para quedarnos, y cubrir los recibos que llegan y que ahorita no podemos trabajar, etc.
Nuestras amistades y familia han preguntado como pueden ayudarnos. Esta es la mejor forma en que ustedes nos pueden ayudar.
Por favor continúe orando por los afectados de este desastre ( hay muchos que estan peor que nosotros). Pero si usted puede ayudarnos economicamente, estaremos agradecidos con ustedes eternamente.
