KAI Employee Relief Fund!

Hurricane Harvey has had a disastrous impact on our beloved Houston area and many of Kuraray's employees have experienced extensive property damage and personal devastation.

Kuraray employees from across the globe have been asking how they can help. This is how! Monetary donations will help our employees directly and allow them to apply the funds where they have the most need.

I've set up this Go Fund Me Campaign on behalf of all of the Houston-area employees who have experienced water damage or flooding to their homes and/or vehicles. Kuraray pledges to match dollar for dollar all donations made through Wednesday, September 13 up to $25,000. 

After September 13, I will distribute all gifts received to employees directly impacted by the flooding from Hurricane Harvey.  A team at Kuraray has been established to review employee situations and will provide oversight for how I distribute these funds.

Every effort will be made to allocate funds based on employees' urgent needs. Employees will use these funds for necessities to help them get back on their feet such as toiletries, clothes, shoes, cleaning supplies, school supplies, medicine, etc. I will close the Go Fund Me campaign after September 13 to all future contributions.
