Kujifunza Pamoja: Learning Together

Since 2008, Grace has had a partnership with teachers in Kongei, Tanzania, formed initially through Peace Corps volunteers and Grace members Randee and John Edmundson. Each year Grace raises funds to support educational needs there. In the past we've: built teacher housing, built a school kitchen, funded new gutters and cisterns to prevent erosion and provide needed water, furnished a library, built five bridges over streams to provide access for transportation, a new classroom, and provided school fee scholarships for the children of families of our teacher partners.

The fundraiser this year is for scholarships for two students, Martha and Francesca.
