In addition to being a lifelong nurse, our founder Debbie Johnston has been a passionate and renowned advocate and opportunity-creator for nurses in Virginia for decades. She operated a successful nurse home-health business, and went on to serve on Governors' boards and pursue her passionate support for child welfare and the healthcare community.
