Alvarez family needs your help!!!

My fiance and I broke up over the weekend and he left the apartment. Financially he was not helping me pay anything. I was living off of payday loans etc to try to keep my apartment and make ends meat. Now my daughter and I are 11 days from eviction. I need two months rent plus late fees and eviction fees. I have tried to get rental assistance but I am a teacher so that is not an option. I am just a  low credit score  I have a good job. I have tried applying elsewhere but no one seems to be able to help. One woman said "fix this or you will be in the streets." I am so disheartened that people do not care anymore. I am asking for help this one time so I can start my life over again in a positive light.
