This Christmas we want to bring Santa to the jungle.
Children in Indigenous Communities such as Baramita and Kopinang in Guyana have only heard of the magic of christmas through stories.
Our story began whilst conducting humanitarian, Medical Evacuation and supply flights to the region. These communities are isolated from the cities by hundreds of miles of jungle. The children are forced to deal with issues of teenage pregnancy, child prostitution, high child suicide rates, overcrowded schools, and under-funded medical facilities with little support on a daily basis. We hope you will join us to help bring a little magic and hope into their lives.
We are working with the Toshao (Chief of the village), the school's Headmistress and the head of the medical facility to help make this dream come true for every child possible.
Your donations will help to purchase toys, clothing, books and part of the transporation cost to bring the happiness of Christmas the children of Baramita and Kopinang. No donation is too small. There is nothing that we can give that the kids won't appreciate. We hope to reach this goal by December 18th so that we will be able to fly Santa to both communities carrying wrapped presents just in time for Christmas.
