Beau the boxers emergency surgery

On Wednesday January 21st, Beau, my not even 2 year old Boxer ate his breakfast like usual and was happy to gobble it all up. He vomited all day on Wednesday.  On Thursday, he refused to eat anything. This was unlike him, and he worried. He was lathargic and not in his usual goofy spirits. When we let him outside, we worried even more about what we saw. He looked like he was in extreem discomfort and so we called the vet and brought him in immediately.  He has been in emergency care ever since. With $1700 we were able to run all the tests necessary. After, he was transferred to a 24hr hospital where he would possibly need surgery. Hoping and praying he would get better, we discovered that he has a perforation in his large intestine. He needs emergency surgery to fix it.

Beau brings so much joy to our lives and to the lives of others. We need all the help we can get right now. Any type of contribution  would help make a difference to his life. Even the smallest donation would be greatly appreciated and would make Beau one step closer to a full recovery.
