My health is going downhill ❤!!!

Hi all.....I don't know how many of you know but I've been struggling with health issues since March 2017 and unfortunately my health has not gotten better, let me give you some insight as to what has been going on...
March I was in a car accident, April I was diagnosed with bells palsy, May I had anaphylaxis while driving home from work and sent to the emergency room, June my son Solomon was having breathing issues related to his tetralogy of fallot and is in need of another heart surgery related to his heart issue, also in June I started having synecope episodes (fainting) up to 5 times a day, which sent me to the emergency room multiple times. June I was taken out of work because of my health and by leaving my job, I also lost my medical and dental benefits. July I met with a cardiologist and tried medication to try and stop my synecope but it didn't work and my symptoms worsened. August I started having up to 8 episodes a day causing me to have concussions and injuries.
Finally in September I had a cardiac ablation which should have stopped my syncope episodes but unfortunately it didn't. I then had a tilt table test where I was finally diagnosed with arrhythmia, vasodilatory and orthostatic hypotension, which basically means my resting heart rate is usually between 120-160 and my blood pressure is low and when I stand, walk or do activity the blood leaves my brain and goes to other parts of my body causing me to faint.
Im working with a cardiologist and neurologist to try and resolve this but according to them, there is no over night treatment..I'm trying new medication and will be having another surgery hopefully beginning if November.. which leads me here...
As you know I'm a single mom of 5 children...11, 9, 5 and twin 4 year olds...since Im not working and havent worked since June I don't have the same income and bills are going unpaid to feed and clothe my children. I've been doing all I can on my own to pay for their needs but at this moment I'm struggling and things are looking glim. My rent was recently increased by $100 and because the heat can induce my synecope I've had my a/c on constantly which has increased my SDGE bill. I'm humbly asking for your help, financially, during my hard times. This was honestly very hard for me to do as I'm sure there are others families out there dealing with harder issues, but I need help. If you're able to help financially it would be greatly appreciated. If you're not able to help financially I completely understand but if you can please pray for me and my family during these hard times. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
