Due to this situation, kristine will not work for a considerable period of time. As a self-employed contractor, this will allow his family to earn only a portion of income during their recovery.
If all of us can use this time to offer love and prayer for the Kristine family, and help them financially relax, so that Kristine and her family can focus on his recovery process.
Information so far:
On July 5, 2020, Kristine felt she had the flu. We took him to the local emergency room on the 7th. He was diagnosed with diverticulitis. His colon was perforated, leaving a hole the size of a seed tick. He was hospitalized for 4 days and was given intravenous antibiotics to avoid surgery. Four days later, he was sent home to continue taking antibiotics. These tasks were completed on July 30. He was great all weekend. On Monday, he went back to work. When he got home that afternoon, he was weak and tired. He went to bed at 11:30 and felt sick in his stomach. He took painkillers all night, but the pain did not relieve. At 5:30, his pain doubled and we knew he needed to go back to the hospital. After testing, they concluded that his white blood cell count was high and the infection was serious. They accepted him and arranged for surgery on the 6th. The operation lasted 3 hours. If his intestines fell, they cut 3-5 inches. His intestines are infected. They must put his intestines in the colostomy bag while his body heals. This must be in place for 4-6 weeks. After his laboratory is cleaned, they will return and reattach his intestines. Kristine is self-employed and has been unemployed since she started working. We have exhausted our savings and 401K funds. Our insurance is also used up, and now we can pay for it ourselves. Our family has tried their best to help! We don't want to ask for help, we hope there is another way. Kristine will be unemployed for at least the next 3-4 months. He is not eligible for disability. We were asked how you would help. If you have the intention to donate in your heart, then know that we are more grateful for it than you know. Thank you so much for all your prayers, we believe that God will completely heal kristine!
