Kristina Medical Expenses

I normally wouldn't ask for help but on August 29,2017 I was diagnosed with congested heart failure and have been in VANDERBILT ever since. Prior to my admission I was an emt at Henry county medical center in Paris,tn. Once I arrived at VANDERBILT they did an echo of my heart and the ejection fraction was 5%. They started me on medications to try and help but my body isn't handling them like needed. The doctors have come in and spoke with me about getting an LVAD in place and then being placed on the transplant list because my heart is too sick to wait and see if I start responding to the medications because my kidney function has decreased so we have to do the lvad sooner than later so my body doesn't shut down. While in here I have had a mini stroke due to a blood clot in my left ventricle but have recovered with no deficits but they have me on blood thinners so I won't have a major stroke. After the lvad placement I will be housed in Nashville for 4-6 weeks and will have to pay the living expenses here and at home. I started this campaign to try and help me get on the road to recovery.
