<div>Recently, Kristen received news that no one ever wants to hear — doctors found a meningioma, which is a tumor that forms on the lining around the brain. Hers is about the size of a walnut. While we’re so thankful it’s not showing signs of being cancerous, it is sitting very close to the main artery that supplies blood between her brain and heart, making it a serious and delicate situation.

<div><strong>Kristen will be undergoing two brain surgeries in the coming weeks.</strong> As she faces this challenge, she will need time away from work to heal and recover. We’re creating this GoFundMe to help relieve some of the financial burdens of medical expenses, lost income, and caring for her son during this time.
