Kristen McTighe Cancer Fund

Kristen, one of the rarest, most beautiful souls on the planet, is fighting an incredibly rare and aggressive form of cancer,  Diffuse B-Cell Double Hit Lymphoma. I don’t quite know how the stars aligned and I got lucky enough to meet this kind, hilariously witty, smart, and beautiful girl in the 2nd grade and begin a life-long friendship with her. Anyone who has met her understands that feeling of gratitude for having crossed paths with such a beacon of light...such a humble and compassionate human being. Kristen has literally lived (almost) all over the globe, following her passion and talent for journalism and connecting with people..empowering others by telling their stories.
It’s time to rally around her with love and lift her up by sharing her story. Kristen would give her last penny to anyone in need, yet refuses to ever ask for help.  The cost of having to be hospitalized for each round of intense chemotherapy, on top of being unable to work for the better part of a year adds up. The last thing Kristen should be worried about is money. We need her to fight this cancer with all she’s got. If you feel inclined to give, know that she is incredibly humble and uncomfortable with taking money (of course) which is why I’m not giving her an option to say no:) Let’s help ease the financial burden on her so she can heal and get better soon. A world without a Kristen McTighe just isn’t an option.
