Hello friends and anyone who is reading this post. Krisha Chavda is a radiant young girl who had a bright future planned out until tragedy struck her family.
Krisha is a strong, resilient young woman who suffered from losing her father at only 6 years old, a hardship that no child should have to face. Throughout the rest of her life she was raised by her tenacious and courageous mother. For her first day of school, her first time driving a car, and for her high school graduation, her mom was by her side. Krisha’s mom supported her aspirations in pursuing the fine arts, and was next to her throughout her college application process. When Krisha was accepted into several prestigious fine arts schools, her mom was ecstatic.
Last week Krisha received the earth-shattering news that her mother, the only parent she had ever really known, had passed away. Excitement about going to college and studying what she loves was quickly replaced with extreme sorrow and financial worries. The passing of her mother quickly turned Krisha’s future into wild spin and turmoil. The family is now left with unpaid medical bills and upcoming tuition bills. Krisha is ready to start her college education in a couple of weeks without both parents and no financial help.
Now is the time when we can all do something about this. We can secure Krisha's immediate future, so she can concentrate on her studies. If we can all pitch in even a little bit, we can collect a substantial amount to pay for her fees and apartment expenses. We can all sacrifice a little bit which will put this uncertainty into a fruitful future for Krisha.
