SmallBusinessRelief On Friday March 20, 2020 our primary care doctors clinic came out to our home to test myself, my husband, and two of our daughters, the third (my stepdaughter) lives with her Mother and luckily wasn't exposed. We were tested after my oldest daughters friend passed away from pneumonia suddenly, but days before appeared to be healthy with no signs of infection. I contacted our family doctor concerned that my daughter may have been exposed to covid 19 knowing that it can become very serious and/or deadly for myself to become infected.  I am extremely high risk after having bone cancer with multiple complications and prone to infection.  My husband is the primary "Bread Winner" of the family and unable to work due to him and one of my daughters testing positive for covid 19 while myself and my other daughter tested negative.  For the last year we have already had an extremely rough time financially and with social security stopping my benefits although my health has continued to get worse because I requested to try the work program to teach my children the importance of independence, responsibility, and determination, I was told i'm no longer disabled but denied the work program because the likeliness of success is low due to my health being so bad and being severely disabled. Sure enough, it has been so hard on me causing a hiccup in my quality of life and my health to continuously spiral down hill. The attorney we hired failed to turn our social security appeal in by deadline date due to negligence so yet another proactive measure taken on my part was unsuccessful. I do my best to help my husband with work when I can, take care of my medical appointments, currently over 15 specialist with out of pocket expenses monthly, and address some recent serious medical issues for our two daughters in our home, but I just cant keep up and everyday life is only getting more difficult and draining me with all the financial burden and no assistance. We were definitely not in a position  for any further financial setbacks. So far my husband and my daughter are hanging in there with minimal symptoms, while my other daughter and myself are being very cautious to not get the virus as well. My husband has only had a little bit of a runny nose one day a few days ago, otherwise feels normal, and my daughter had a couple days she felt congested and had a headache a few days out of the week, but she often gets headaches so we are not sure if it is covid 19 related. With the things we all hear on the news that death could come quickly and rapidly,  It is very scary to go through each day hoping and praying things don't turn for the worse.  I check on my daughter and my husband multiple times through-out the night so scared that one of them may not answer me back one of these times. I am so grateful and relieved that they are not having horrible symptoms.
