Hello everyone! This has been a whirlwind journey to say the least. In just two months I will have had two trips to the ER, two surgeries, and many tests and specialist appointments in between. I have been focusing on remaining positive that this was caught early and that the hysterectomy is curative.

Many have asked how you can help me during this time. You all know me - I like to be independent and I have a hard time asking for help.

I will be spending my initial recovery period at my parents' house, but once I am back on my own I know I will still need support. While I am certainly not asking for or expecting anything, your support here would mean so much as I navigate everything from medical and therapy billing to getting back to a normal routine of shopping for groceries and other necessities.
