Surgery Needed - No Health Insurance

I am scheduled for a hernia operation at Shouldice on Aug 21.  The operation is covered by OHIP but the mandatory 4 days stay is not.  My employer canceled our Insurance plan, therefore I am required to pay out of pocket. I have arranged a discounted price already with Shouldice but the total still comes to $900.  I am the sole income provider for my family of 4 and our budget is tight!  We cannot afford to pay this full amount without it impacting us for months.  Please help my family out by donating whatever you can, every little bit would be greatly appreciated and help us out immensely.
