Hi, my name is Amelia and I’m raising funds for Konnect Audio. Konnect Audio is a company very close to my heart and who I’ve had the pleasure of working with for the past year. It is Community Interest Company (CiC) based in Newcastle Upon Tyne committed to delivering inclusive and interactive music activity in the community, alongside delivering valuable music workshops for young people! We work primarily with young people aged 11-24 delivering workshops with midi and percussion instruments in addition to coaching young people through putting on their own events and providing funding through youth music.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get the last bid of funding and these workshops mean so much to me and the young people who attend them.

For my birthday, instead of buying me a pint, it’d mean a lot if you could donate to this wonderful company that has fulfilled me and been nothing but joy for the past year of working there. Ken and Jim have been an absolute pleasure to work for and I want to continue the amazing work we do - as without the funding Konnect will cease to exist. We’ve already been able to supply 100’s of workshops across Tyne and Wear and give two opportunities to young people to secure funding for their own events. Please make it possible for us to continue doing that. I know how much it means to those who attend every single week, and to me too. ❤️
