Kolby was born with Chondrodysplasia Punctata. It is a skeletal disorder characterized by the formation of exostoses at the epiphyses and resulting in arrested development and deformity — called also dyschondroplasia.Kolby has been blessed with a wonderful smile and great positive outlook on life. He is always involved with things at school and at home. As he transitions to Middle School next year he is in need of a mechanical wheelchair. These chairs are very expensive even after insurance pays their piece.
His mom and dad are working hard to earn and save the money to pay the additional $5,000 dollars they need to get Kolby this chair by May or June of 2018. With the many adventures life throws at each of us, his mom and dad always end up paying for some other medical or life emergency with the funds they want to put toward this chair.
Anything you can donate towards helping Kolby get this chair will be much appreciated by me (his grandpa), his mom and dad and all of our family.
