Kōkua for Harmony Plenty

Donation protected
On 9/15/2020 our friend and classmate, Harmony, was diagnosed with cancer.  The dynamic, smart, resourceful, independent, kind-hearted, loving mom of two who many of us have known since childhood is confronting a challenge she shouldnʻt have to face without support.  We are raising funds to assist and support Harmony and her boys, Emilio and Alessio, since we are all separated by oceans, mountains and COVID and are unable to be part of the current Meal Train in Napa, and are not nearby to help out or offer support.

We are asking you to join us in providing additional financial support to Harmony during this time.  Funds will go to meals, transportation, household expenses and anything else they need as they face this fight against cancer.

**Mahalo, in advance, for your donations and prayers to help Harmony and her boys**

More about Harmony:

Living and working in Napa, California, Harmony has been impressing us year after year with her positivity and drive. She has not only managed every personal challenge throughout her life with grace, but she has flourished despite trials like divorce, unemployment, depression and watching her mother pass.

Harmony has been a fierce advocate for change and making this world a better place and has created a beautiful home to two boys and has been keeping her family safe in 2020 amidst fires and COVID. She fills the hearts and lives of those around her with joy and love.

With a dedicated career to raising funds for nonprofit organizations, Harmony must now focus on her course of treatment and healing and is working an abbreviated schedule. She is also trying to balance her treatment, her safety and the kids wellbeing. What does this mean? Big changes for her home environment as everyone will be hanging out in separate rooms and her boys will need to be masked and stay socially distant when they are in the same space. In true form, Harmony has really organized everything before starting treatment and tried to prepare her home and her boys for what comes next. She has already undergone surgeries, procedures and recently started her chemotherapy treatment. Her strength, positivity and gratitude are an inspiration to all who know her!
