Koda’s Dental

Donation protected

If you guy’s follow  Little Wanderers NYC they helped rescue Koda a beautiful bear like cat from suffering on the streets. He had an ulcer on the tip of his tongue and a upper respiratory infection. They neutered him and vaccinated him... He is FELV/FIV negative. We decided that he’s just too fragile to put back out in the streets. Nobody would have given him a chance because he’s feral. He’s currently being fostered with my sister. We adore and understand Koda. He may have had a really bad experience with humans . He has made some progress. He’s gained weight and finally leaves his room to hang with the house cats but still doesn’t trust humans. Even though he’s not shy to meow at you when he wants food. We respect his boundaries. We will continue to work on him. If he remains feral he may be suitable to go to a sanctuary or a barn home.

But as of right now Koda is too delicate. He recently was treated at the vet for an upper respiratory infection but he will also need dental. He is drooling and needs work done. Koda has a painful mouth and needs serious dental work to get him back on track. His mouth is painful and full of rotting teeth with gum disease. He cannot eat without being in pain. We must help him. He is depending on us.

Little Wanderers loves Koda, like many Rescue Groups during these difficult times, and the ASPCA being closed during kitten season and still not open full capacity to rescue groups who desperately need their services,Please Help us continue to help Koda. We won’t give up on him.

Anything Helps.

Thank you.
