Help Fund Kodak's Surgery

Kodak needs an ulnar ostectomy surgery. When Kodak was a young puppy, he fractured one of his metacarpal bones in his arm. This was an expensive treatment so we signed up for Care Credit and by the end of it all, the card was maxed out. However, Kodak's puppy bones healed up just nicely.
Up until recently, Kodak has been back to normal 9 month old puppy life, enjoying trips to the dog park, long walks, and being a little psycho. One night, all of a sudden, Kodak started limping again on the same foot. We took him into the Vet ASAP and ended up having more x-rays done (which aren't cheap let me tell you..). No fractures but we were referred to an orthopedic surgeon where we found out Kodak's left ulnar growth plate has prematurely closed. As the radius has continued to grow, it is limited in length by the shorter ulna so it is bowing and angulating outward. Since the radial growth plate closes at 10-11 months, the deformity will likely worsen as the radius continues to grow over the next few months.
Unfortunately, time is not on our side as the longer we wait, the worse it gets. Also, not on our side (go figure, right?) is the cost of the surgery! Get this... FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Living in Seattle, without tech jobs, we can barely afford rent!
Kodak hasn't been in our family for very long, but he has brought so much joy and love to us. He is our smile and happiness to come home to everyday. He is our medication to our anxiety. He makes everything worth it. We love him so much and we can't picture our life without him. We want the best care for him and it breaks our hearts to see him in pain and not be able to play with his friends. You can only imagine what it must feels like to not have the financial means to help fix your best friend.
Anything helps. Whether its monetary or just a share, I am asking from the bottom of my heart for some help.
