Help me protect my new pup from getting sick. This week Koby I noticed worms coming out his butt. I am not sure what it is but it looks like tapeworms according to google. 

He got his shots a couple weeks ago along with Deworm medicine. I also give him heart worm medicine once a month to prevent worms. However recently these worms are getting longer and multiplying. 

As a single mom I am struggling to keep it together and this month has been extra tight due to return to school for my girls. I can’t afford taking him to the vet but I really would like him to get better as soon as possible.
