Koby Konecne Medical Fund

Koby has been a major part of Kansas International Dragway that last few years, and we feel that it is very important to support him in this time. On Monday, October 23rd, Koby was starting a fire for his family, including their six year old daughter, Molly. Unfortunately, they did not get to enjoy the evening, as he was starting the fire, the gas can exploded, and caught Koby on fire. He has 2nd and 3rd degree burns on 30% of his body. He has been transfered to the St Francis burn unit, to provide him with the medical treatment he needs. He will be seeing a surgeon today, and will need skin graphs, and we do not know the extent of the damage yet. We do know that Koby, will not be able to work for quite some time, a long with the expense of surgery, they also have bills and a family to take care of during this time. I will continue to update as we find out more information. I hope that we can all come together and support Koby and his family, so they can focus on his health, without the worries of finances.
