<div>Wir sind ein junger Verein, der sich 2022 gegründet hat und der es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, das berühmte Güstrower Bier Kniesenack wiederzubeleben.

<div>Die Geschichte des Biers geht bis ins Mittelalter zurück und endete vorläufig in den 80er Jahren. Das wollen wir so nicht belassen und haben einen Verein gegründet.
</div>
<div>Im Mittelpunkt der Vereinsarbeit steht der Aufbau und Erhalt einer Schaubrauerei in unmittelbarer Nähe des Güstrower Stadtzentrums. Dort sollen neben Ausstellungen und Vorträgen auch Brauseminare und Verkostungen für Güstrower, Touristen und Interessierte stattfinden.

<div>Für die Umsetzung unseres Vorhabens benötigen wir 75.000 Euro. Darin enthalten sind die Brauanlage und die Materialkosten für den Umbau der Räumlichkeiten. Die handwerklichen Arbeiten leisten wir ein Eigenarbeit.
