Knee Surgery For Josh Johnson

A few weeks ago Josh suffered a traumatic knee injury. After an ER visit and an MRI, the doctor says Josh tore all ligaments, muscle from bone and also a nerve, which is currently preventing him from moving his foot. He is slated to have surgery after the first of the year followed by a lot of rehab which will last about a year. Josh will incur approximately $15,000 in Medical expenses due to this accident.
As a current law student the only way for him to pay these bills would be to take out an additional loan, which would be on top his current loans. At an interest rate of 11% he would pay over $30,000 in total. I don't want that to happen.
I met Josh in College, while playing baseball at BCU. Anyone who played with him, saw his energy, intensity, and enthusiasm when he played which would spread throughout the team! Off the field he was a great friend, and still is to this day.
Josh would never ask for any of this, but I believe anyone who knows him would love to help if they can!
From the ER Visit, MRI and Specialist Visits he will have about $3,000 to $5,000 in medical bills coming due with in a month. Also he will have his deductible to pay before his surgery on January 2nd, which is $800. It's urgent that we raise the money to cover these first!
