Jack's surgery

On friday 3.23.18 at approximately 12:15 pm Jack my German Shepard puppy was struck by a vehicle, the driver did not stop. Jack has multiple lacerations. His rear leg has the worst damage, the animal hospital estimated the surgery on his rear leg would be between $5,400 - $7,400 more on top of what I have already paid to get him in stable condition. Jack is 6 months old, he is my world, please help me get him the care he desperately needs.
