Heather's Birthday Fundraiser

Dog Tales means a lot to me. I volunteer as a dog walker, and I have seen firsthand how wonderful this organization is.  They deal with a lot of traditionally 'unadoptable' dogs (seniors, medical issues, special needs, and behaviours) and do their best to train and get as many of them ready for rehoming as possible.  Dog Tales even helped me to adopt my own dog Lo, through a rehoming post on their social media.

Rob and Danielle have made it their mission to ensure that even when living in the shelter, the dogs are treated like members of the family.  Dogs are walked 3 times a day and cared for by dedicated staff/trainers/volunteers. And if you are a cat lover? Don't fret! They have recently opened "Cat Tales," a similar cat/kitten rescue.

I haven't been able to volunteer there since March because of Covid...so I'd like to give back in another way. For my birthday this year, I am raising money to donate to Dog Tales.  The money goes directly to the care of animals at the sanctuary...all the dogs, the horses, the cats, and even the pigs.

Please consider donating if you are able.
