KM Elite “Kick the Dirt” Land Campaign

In 2017, KM Elite began Phase I of our Building Campaign for the Elite Community Enhancement Facility. The first phase consists of acquiring 10 acres of land to house this project. We are now $36,000 away from completing payment for the land and closing out Phase I. With that said, the purpose of this campaign is to find 360 individuals or families to donate at $100, or as many people as possible to donate what they can to aid us in paying the remaining balance towards the land by July 2020. Once this is complete, we will be able to "Kick The Dirt" and begin construction on our Facility.
KM Elite is a non-profit 501-C3 youth recreational and educational program in serves over 400 students and families in Kings Mountain, NC and the surrounding areas of Cleveland and Gaston counties. We provide award winning youth basketball, football and cheer teams, along with free educational tutorials, and character/social development through positive mentorships. KM Elite also offers free End-of-Year (EOG) testing support for elementary students. Over 85% of the students who attends these EOG support sessions earn above average passing scores.

Our ultimate goal, Phase II,  is to build a 12,000 square foot facility to centralize our program so that we may continue to serve the community, just in a greater way. This facility will be used to house programs such as: Afternoon and Summer Enrichment , Early Childhood Development, Self-Esteem & Self Confidence Workshops, Behavior Modification Training, Bully Prevention, Drug & Alcohol Prevention, Teen Sexual Education & Pregnancy Prevention/Support, Spiritual Enhancement, and all of our pre-existing athletic programs. We will continue to work diligently to bring this project to completion, with the help of the community we so passionately serve!!!
