Seg's Kidney Transplant Funds

Seg is a 38 year old, loving husband, father of five, and grandfather. He was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease in early 2011, at which time he started PD dialysis. He has undergone testing to become a transplant candidate and recently was accepted onto the transplant list. After working with a team of doctors and financial advisors, we were told he cannot move further until $10,200 is raised as per the Mayo Clinic, who will be the institute performing the transplant. The funds will cover the stay and medical needs the insurance will not cover after the transplant.
