<div>Liebe Freunde, Bekannte und Mitmenschen,

<div>ich schreibe diese Zeilen mit schwerem Herzen, aber auch mit der Hoffnung, dass wir gemeinsam etwas bewegen können. Eine Familie, die mir sehr am Herzen liegt, braucht dringend Unterstützung.

<div>Vor einem Jahr sind sie ausgewandert – voller Mut, mit zwei kleinen Kindern, damals 2 und 3 Jahre alt. Sie haben ihre Heimat und Familie zurückgelassen, um in einem neuen Land Fuß zu fassen. Es war nicht leicht, aber sie haben gekämpft, gearbeitet, und angefangen, dort Wurzeln zu schlagen.

<div>Und dann kam am 29.09.2025 der Albtraum: Ihr jüngster Sohn Gustavo – gerade einmal 2 Jahre alt – hat Leukämie.
</div>
<div>Ein Kind, das gestern noch lachend im Garten gespielt hat, mit strahlenden Augen sein Lieblingsspielzeug umarmt hat, plötzlich zwischen Krankenhausbetten, Infusionen und Ärzten liegt. Statt Lachen und Entdecken sind es jetzt Tränen, Schmerzen und ein Alltag voller Ungewissheit.

<div>Die beginnende Behandlung findet in einer Klinik statt, die 3 Stunden entfernt des aktuellen Wohnortes liegt. Für die Eltern bedeutet das: stundenlange Fahrten, Nächte voller Sorge, das ständige Gefühl, zerrissen zu sein – zwischen dem kranken Kind im Krankenhaus und dem älteren Geschwisterkind zuhause, das genauso Liebe und Nähe braucht.

<div>Diese Situation ist nicht nur eine körperliche und seelische Belastung – sie bringt die Familie auch finanziell an ihre Grenzen. Doch hier geht es nicht einfach um Geld. Es geht darum, dass die Eltern in dieser Ausnahmesituation Kraft behalten können. Dass sie sich nicht fragen müssen, wie sie Sprit für die nächste Fahrt bezahlen oder welche Rechnung liegenbleiben muss, sondern dass sie ihre ganze Energie dort einsetzen können, wo sie gebraucht wird: bei ihren Kindern.

<div>Darum bitte ich euch von Herzen: Lasst uns gemeinsam für diese Familie da sein. Jede Spende – egal wie groß oder klein – ist ein Zeichen der Solidarität, ein Stück Hoffnung, ein Beweis, dass sie diesen schweren Weg nicht alleine gehen müssen.

<div>I am writing these lines with a heavy heart, but also with the hope that together we can make a difference. A family very dear to me is in urgent need of support.

<div>A year ago, they emigrated—full of courage, with two small children, then just 2 and 3 years old. They left behind their home and family to start a new life in another country. It wasn’t easy, but they worked hard, fought through challenges, and began to put down roots.

<div>And then, on September 29, 2025, the nightmare began: their youngest son Gustavo—only 2 years old—was diagnosed with leukemia.

<div>A child who just yesterday laughed while playing in the garden, who hugged his favorite toy with shining eyes, now lies between hospital beds, IV drips, and doctors. Instead of laughter and discovery, there are now tears, pain, and a daily life filled with uncertainty.

<div>The treatment takes place in a clinic three hours away from their current home. For the parents this means: endless drives, nights full of worry, and the constant feeling of being torn—between their sick child in the hospital and their older child at home, who also needs love and closeness.
</div>

</div>
<div>This situation is not only a physical and emotional burden—it is also pushing the family to their financial limits. But this is not just about money. It is about giving the parents the strength to endure this exceptional situation. That they don’t have to ask themselves how to pay for the next tank of gas or which bill has to wait, but can instead focus all their energy where it is most needed: on their children.

<div>That is why I ask you from the bottom of my heart: let us stand together for this family. Every donation—no matter how big or small—is a sign of solidarity, a piece of hope, and proof that they do not have to walk this difficult path alone.
