We filed a case 1177 in Hawaii First Circuit Court to have Discovery in the court for all the covid restrictions, mandates and proclamations that are a burden on everyone. Businesses are closing.
Families are being broken and leaving Hawaii.
We are only asking to bring the evidence into a court and see if it is a true emergency.
The committee of 7 (FORMERLY THE CIVIL DEFENSE) has vacancies and the governor is being a dictator without advice from this committee which is mandatory as in 127A-3 and 127A-4.
These are the trained professionals. Where are they?
Our case has been dismissed and we will appeal to the next level.
