Vic goes back to Little Ray of Hope

This time in two months I'll be back in Kenya visiting my angels at Little Ray of Hope. Many of you know of this beautiful place I helped while I lived in Nairobi, and I’ve continued to support the school myself as well as through the generosity of my family and friends since leaving Africa 12 months ago.

If you're new to hearing about my being in Kenya, feel free to have a flick through some older posts on the blog I kept.

I have decided to set up a GoFundMe page - like I did this time two years ago – for anyone who feels like this is something you’d like to support. The same as last time, this money isn’t to fund me and my trip; rather, it’s to be used for the kids/school as needed when I get there.

The monthly donations at the moment go towards morning cups of porridge, lunch, stationary, rent and water. So this money would be used for all the miscellaneous things I have no doubt may need fixing/updating – new uniforms that fit/no holes, updated tables/chairs for the classrooms, shoes without holes, school bags with zippers, medical checkups for the kids (and medications if they need it)… plus lots of other things I’m sure may need a little update.

Thankyou for taking the time to have a look at the page, a little bit of giving goes a long way.

A whole lot of love and a big asante sana to you all,

Victoria x
