<div>Klage auf freien Zugang zur AIP VFR u. ICAO-Karte Piloten:innen, Interessensverbände, Landesluftfahrtbehörden und Eurocontrol sprechen sich für einen freien und kostenlosen Zugang zur AIP VFR u. ICAO-Karte aus. Sicherheitsrelevante Informationen und Kartenmaterialien, die für eine Flugvorbereitung erforderlich sind, sollten - wie in vielen anderen europäischen Ländern - frei und kostenlos verfügbar sein. Die DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung vermarktet diese jedoch stattdessen über ihre kommerzielle Tochter R. Eisenschmidt GmbH. Ich habe daher mit Verweis auf IFG/UIG über Frag den Staat einen Antrag auf Herausgabe gestellt (<a href="https://fragdenstaat.de/anfrage/aip-vfricao-karte-deutschland/" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://fragdenstaat.de/anfrage/aip-vfricao-karte-deutschland/</a>), welcher letztendlich vom Bundesaufsichtsamt für Flugsicherung abgelehnt wurde. Ein Umstand, den wir als Gemeinschaft nicht akzeptieren sollten. Eine von mir beauftragte Anwaltskanzlei hat ein Gutachten erstellt und sieht Erfolgschancen für eine Klage in erster Instanz. Ich habe bereits eigene Mittel in vierstelliger Höhe in besagtes Verfahren investiert. Für eine Klage vor dem Verwaltungsgericht Darmstadt brauche ich Eure Unterstützung. Die ersten 2.000 EUR sind bereits zugesagt und wenn weitere 3.500 Euro über dieses Crowd-Funding zusammen kommen, wird Ende Mai fristgerecht Klage eingereicht.  Bei Erfolg ein Meilenstein für die Allgemeine Luftfahrt in Deutschland!
