Keeping Up With Kereama

My name is Kereama, I am 3.5 Years old. Last year (2014) my mummy noticed my speech wasnt improving very much, i was very easily upset and once my switch flicked i was unable to calm myself down. My mum thought it would be best to contact Child Development in hope to get answers about my delayed speech. With it being a Public system i was put on a waiting list for a few months untill they had a cancelation and could finally see me. After a few months of assesments with Child Development they referred us onto Mental Youth in hopes to get an answer. I was finally diagnosed with Severe ADHD, Autism, Development Delay and Speech and Language Delay. I also have symptoms of ODD but with my age my Mama decided to wait a couple more years to be sure before I was formally disnosed with that to. Because my brain is forever on the go i find it difficult to sleep, at most i will get a 6hr sleep at night but alot of nights a usual sleep is 4-5hrs. So you can see why i find it hard to concentrate trough the day. I am just starting to learn how to feel my other emotions thanks to a medication i have started but i still am unsure on how to cope with them and they seem over the top for me. I am a sweet little boy, and get overly excited about cars, trucks and robo-bikes (motor bikes), but i do need a lot of help and a lot of therapies therefore The money we are trying to raise is for private therapy to help me learn how to communicate to relieve some frustration and also help me learn to build emotional connections and social interactivity.
