My name is Kenneth Keyn. I am a composer, general creative type person, and in a tough spot at the moment.
Ever since going on medical leave for major depression last year, it's become more and more difficult to stay on top of my rent and other bills. I am working and I've had four different jobs in the last four months, but my positions have been short and temporary with gaps of a couple weeks in between. I exhausted my unemployment benefits back in December and do not qualify for more. It's not been enough to keep up.
Everyone helped out a great deal in January as I was dealing with a deadline to get caught up then, but I'm up against a new deadline. I have to get caught up on April and May rent by May 31 or my lease will not be renewed.
I'm reopening this campaign and asking for help once more, even though it embarrasses my pride to have to do so. I just want to get back on my feet.
The goal of $2000 covers my April and May rent ($835/month) and some delinquent utility bills like electricity, cell phone, and internet. Anything extra would be applied to my medical debt to shore up my financial stability.
I cannot express enough how much anything would be helpful at this point and how grateful I would be for your generosity.
