For a Coop in Haiti (and a flight)

Hello! My name is Julie Cruz. Around this time last year I was given an amazing opportunity, all thanks to Frank McKinney, the head of the Caring House Foundation, and my dad, my funder, to go to Haiti with the Caring House Foundation. Yes, I knew it was bad over there and I did expect dirt poor, but no amount of words or pictures could ever prepare me for what I was about to experience. When experiencing the poverty there it is unbelievable and life altering. I'm hoping to be able to go to Haiti again, I want to see the families and especially the children that this cause helps. The smiles that light up on their faces when we come to visit them were priceless.
For me to be able to go on the trip again I must raise $5,000 towards the funding of a chicken coop  for a self sustaining village in Haiti. This isn't just a small little pen for chickens either, this is a concrete building that can house hundreds of chickens allowing the village to thrive.  I'm starting from scratch and it is all due by May.
