Alex Shulder Fund

This is my son Michael's best friend Alex Shulder.  He is 8 years old and in 3rd grade.  Alex and Mikey first became friends in 2nd grade.  Their love for hockey and The New York Islanders is what they had in common at first.  Their friendship grew from there.  Alex was just recently diagnosed with leukemia and is now undergoing aggressive chemo treatments and will be undgoing treatments for the next 3 1/2 years. 

Alex is being extremely brave and very positive , as well as his parents Adam and Linda.   Adam was recently laid off from his job just before learning of his sons diagnosis.  Like most people naturally you worry and figure out a way to provide for your family.  Being the positive people they are, they believe this was a sign that Adam needed to be home and care for Alex.  Linda is currently employed  but needs to take off of work and be with her son for his treatments.

Learning of his friends diagnosis, Mikey wants to help out in anyway he can.  We have set up the GoFundMe account to help the Shulder family out with expenses, food, ect.  No child or parent should have to endure this.  Please help in anyway you can.  Our goal is to raise as much as we can for this beautiful family during this trying time.  Thank you
