wedding venue/honeymoon w/friends

Hello all Grant & Trista here! As you know we plan on getting married in May 14, 2016 and we have found what we consider to be the perfect venue and a really good price; however in order to lock it in and take advantage of a wedding package $400 value that includes tables, chairs, linens, organic mosquito spray for the yard, and outdoor portapotty for the additional wedding guests) that we won in a drawing after we already fell in love with the venue we need to book it in as soon as possible so we are asking for your help. Unfortunatly we don't have the money upfront. The venue http://www.olivebranchretreat.com/ our goal is to book it from a friday May 13, 2016 to a friday May 20,2016 so we can utilize it for not only the wedding/reception but as a honeymoon ( which we are inviting all of you to attend by staying the week with us in our retreat) . This allows us and you all to save money on lodging for the weekend/week as well.
The venue sleeps 22 people which we would like to give first dibs to our wedding party (and their partner(s) and our parents (but if somebody does not feel comfortable staying in a large house with lots of fun/loud friends and relatives (we understand! This is not a requirement we will love you just the same.) We will also make our apartment available ( two bedrooms, two couches, a love seat in the main bedroom and lots of floor space)and we will be reserving blocks of rooms, hopefully at discount prices, at near by hotels for our other guests so those of you not comfortble could stay in one of these two options and open up beds for other friends or family traveling long distances). Also maybe not all of you would be able to stay the full week, so if some of you would like to stay for weekend and then go home, or if some of you are available for the week but would prefer not to be in the epicenter of the action during the weekend let us know. We do not expect everyone to be able to stay for the full week but if you can great we do not get to see you as often as we would like and we thought this would be a great opportunity to spend some quality time with our favorite people in the world! Our goal is to reach at least half the reservation cost (tax included) through go fund me in order to book the venue ( you need to have half down in order to book the venue & rooms) and we would cover what we cannot raise.
If this works out we have all beds accounted for ( unless you otherwise state you would like to stay else where) then we will open up the offer to others that may be traveling long distances or are helping with the wedding in some other way).
The offer is that if we can get 20 of you to chip in 70 dollars per person you make up what we need and you get (2-7 nights of lodging depending upon your vacation ability which would cost at least that per night at most any hotel) and extra quality time with the bride and groom and lots of other fun and exciting people. If you can't do 70 dollars whatever you can donate would be greatly appreciated every penny counts. If anyone has any questions about this please let us know we would be more then happy to clairfy.
