Surviving til payday

Well, I did everything to prevent having to do this.  I have been unemployed since August.  My unemployment ran out in December.  Then the holidays. I have averaged 15 resumes applying for jobs per day.  Getting calls for interviews, but not fast enough to get to work and prevent asking for help.  I am two months behind on rent, got assistance with my light bill, and have no hope other than asking this way to keep us in the apartment at least until February.  The amount am asking for covers rent (1750$, with just enough left over to keep my phone on for interviews and such.  I have no problem working.  I have three commissions that I already have and it would be dishonest to take any more.  I just need some breathing room until I can figure something out. Please help if you can. I know a lot of people are in the same boat I am in, and I hate to ask for that very reason.  Thank you for any and all you can do with this.  I am about ready to just give up.
