Team Kita is asking for financial assistance for our daughter Chekita and our grand-daughter Keairra mom to help with her medical and household bills and needs. Yes, Chekita works and been doing well with maintaining everything up to now.
About a year or so ago, our daughter Chekita Stevens was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease due to her long time illness of having Type I Diabetes. Back in May, 2018, her CKD elevated very quickly to Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease. We been going from doctor to doctor, in and out of the hospital trying to get her numbers stabled and trying to keep her from having to go on dialysis this soon, but instead her numbers are getting worse and tomorrow (8/29/18) she will be having a procedure to insert The cuffed, Tunneled Central Catheter and start dialysis the same day, having to go for about 3 days a week. She was on the Kidney Donor List, but had to be removed temporary due to her having other health issues within one of her Kidneys that need to be taken care of first. In the very near future she will be going through surgery once again, having to have one of her Kidney's removed to prayfully fix that problem.
Since Chekita been going through this medical stronghold she been holding it down, but is now at the point that she can no longer do it by herself. She needs our help, your help, that village help. The company she work for do not provide STD due to her pre-existing condition. So, while she is out of work, she will not be getting paid. Chekita need help with the medical bills her health insurance won't cover or cover fully and to help her keep a roof over her and her daughter head and food on their table.
Also, once she gets back on the donor list, we need you once again to see if you're a match to help Kita get a Kidney Transplant. We are a praying family and we do pray and have the faith and believe that God will provide in ALL areas of Chekita life. But right now, we need you. All of our friends and family to do whatever you can do to help our daughter out. Please help in any way you can. No amount is too small. Thank you and stay blessed.
