2022 Golden Globe Race - Nonstop, Solo, Around-the-world Retro Sailing
After 8 months of non-stop sailing, Kirsten and Minnehaha returned to Les Sable D'olonne safely and, by the way, happened to WIN the race. She becomes the first woman to complete the GGR journey. Kirsten's team and supporters have watched her journey through all the challenging, anxious and glorious moments.
Among her accomplishments on this adventure, she embarked on this dream with no major sponsorship, refitting the boat with what funds she could raise from friends and those that believed in her labor of love for sailing and human challenge.
