Fearless superhero King Ra and his sidekick face Eclipse, the most evil supervillain to ever menace Anytown City. But is Eclipse really behind the darkness engulfing the world, or is he just a mask for an even evil-er evil?
Help Emily Edwards and Bryce Weinert, the creative duo behind KING RA: LIGHTS OUT, bring this hilarious superhero play to life... and to the stage!
The show was one of the first to be accepted to the Manhattan Repertory Theatre Winter One-Act Competition. KING RA makes its super-debut on January 22, 2015 but needs a lot of work before then. We’re trying to raise money for:
· Rehearsal space
· Death rays
· Costumes
· Props
· Minions
· Radioactive sludge
· Per diems for actors and crew
